    Discussion of human nature and the idea that while many of us want help, we don't have the capacity to create change. Insight on breaking that cycle.



    I find advice in this video very useful. Change 1 thing you know you should be doing to get better, stick with it for few weeks no matter what and see if it helps you or not.

    There will never be a perfect time to start. You have to embrace temporary pain and suffering in advance and just do it. Your brain will always try to trick you to stay in the "comfort zone". Brain doesn't like discomfort, but we need just that to initiate the changes we want.
    5-second rule: Unless you act within 5 seconds, your brain will talk you out of taking uncomfortable action -> Yesterday at 10:12 PM
