personal advice: too much looksmax is another side of the coin of fap

My view is that if a male tries very hard,beyond the healthy(lose fat,lift,etc) to Looksmax..hes playing the other side of the same coin as pmo. Why? hes turning himself into the object of women's PMO.
I dont want to be confusing or disruptive in anyone's efforts,but as I studied a lot about Paraphilias,to know how to help cure them, I realized women can,and will,like anything. not all of them, but the vast majority of humans have a hidden, maybe embarassing fetish(paraphilia).
so, here SR comes into play: its pretty much an independent form of attraction. you can do improvement,and SHOULD do...but SR gots your back, the energy,the bioelectric energy has your back. the attraction is real, it will come,even if you arent looksmaxxing a whole lot.
