Do not lose your focus, and see one step at a time. First fight against P, and then you have strength to fight against everything. Good luck and good trip.

 

Set small goals. 2 weeks without PMO is a strong small goal. I think even cutting to MO without P once a week a few times is a good start. Whenever I abstained and pledged to be as chaste as I could I had spiritual reasons that were very important to me. This gave me a lot of strength and gave me a place where I could go to find solace and it also created a lot of shame if I had strayed from my goals. In my personal experience, temptation is everywhere and relapsing is part of the process. I relapsed a few 1 month streaks and it's natural. Don't beat yourself up over it. You'll find through failure that the urge you have that makes you relapse is way more potent than the pleasure you'd get from PMO. Most of your fears and temptations are a lot bigger than the payoff you think you would get by relapsing. If you go for a month without PMO - you are way ahead of the curve when it comes to this sickness and you should feel great pride. It only makes abstaining for a month easier in the future. Be consistent and be righteous and you will get what you need.
