Peyronie's disease/ similar issue/ erection pain

Ive got to a stage where it hurts if I get an erection now likely from frequent abuse of masturbating and my penis shape has changed at the end and as a result has become smaller, I haven't been able to quit porn so although it hurts slightly when masturbating I still can't not do it after a certain length of time. Has anyone had any treatment for this or similar situation? I'm waiting to hear back still from a hospital
