    I don't know if it's only porn and masturbation or also low self confidence. But even when I ejaculate I use my nipples and imagination only or porn. Not grip or rubbing my penis. And my semin decreased. Esides the weak or hard to start erection.
    And I want to get excited to women as well as men
    So, is there hope I regain my functions? Help!!
