Hey guys, as most of you out there, I've been struggling with PIED for quite some time. Even though I discovered the problem a couple of years ago, and I knew the cure for it, I couldn't stop beating my meat.
I thought that Nofap is enough to beat PIED problem, and it is but other factors have a huge impact on it. I've started working out again, drink lot of fluids, clean diet which helped a lot to feel much better and speed up the progress. Last night I was at ones girl house and we were making each other horny and my D got fully hard, even though I did masturbate like a couple of days ago and no I didn't have a long streak at all prior to that moment. I was quite shocked by that and happy at the same time. You may wonder why I wrote "final victory yet to come" is because yeah it was hard but it couldn't like that for a longer period of time without stimulation like it used to.
I just wanted to share update on my condition and to point out how IMPORTANT is to train and have a clean diet. I need to continue my journey and with a big nofap streak, I will be fully cured sooner than I predict. Wish me luck & stay strong!
