Not sure where to post this, so I'm putting it here: So - the good news - I can say now without a doubt that I was experiencing PIED. I have been having issues with erections, orgasms, and interest in sex for a number of years now and never was willing to admit to myself it was porn. Good sex would come and go. This time, because of an epic fail I had last time I tried to have sex, I stopped with porn and masturbation completely - it's been about a month and I just had awesome sex with my wife, one of the best times I've had ever. I was horny, had greater sensitivity, a strong hard on, it lasted a normal amount of time, and I had a great orgasm. I also feel I've had more energy, and I'm certainly having a much better relationship with my lovely wife. I'm absolutely done with porn. In the past when I had good sex with my wife, I'd go right back to porn, knowing things "still worked", but now I see the trap of that, so I. AM. DONE. But - the bad news - I have no idea if this is related to the fact I hadn't had an orgasm in over a month, an extreme rarity in my entire life, but a lot of frank blood came out when I ejaculated. I urinated after that and no blood, but in the little bit of ejaculate that is still coming out left over from the sex, there's blood in it. So it's either from my prostate or testicles. No pain at all, but a decent amount of blood came out. Disconcerting to say the least, despite my extreme pleasure at this experience, I'm a bit freaked. Anyone who ever had an orgasm after a long hiatus have an issue with blood coming out? I'm sorry that this is kind of gross, but maybe someone else has experienced this? I'm in my mid-40s and will probably go see a urologist to be safe.
