    Excuse me for my very bad english, i explain my problem:

    I'm 18, and i use P since i was 11, obviously im virgin.
    Actually i have a girlfriend for 3 months (never done anything with her), a fuckbuddy (that i cant fuck) and a "blowjob girl".
    50 days ago i tryed, for the first time, to have sexual experiences with a girl, it was a failure due to a total ED, and since that day i quit masturbating using P and i reduced masturbation from 3 times a day to approximately once each 3 days (without P, from the third day i get usually erections while i'm doing something else, but they doesnt persist).
    Seems that in these two months my condition got better, infact now i can O with handjobs and blowjobs, even if i often have to masturbate before to get it a few hard. Unfortunately it gets enough hard to penetration only when i'm gonna cum, then have sex for more of 30 seconds is impossible.
    Surely i'll stop to M..

    The question:
    Is it better to continue to have O with girls or i have to quit to hang out with them?

    As long as you don't watch porn you gonna heal with time. But staying away from orgasm should speed up healing process. It's even better if you can also stay away from all sexual stimulation for a while, not even masturbation without orgasm or edging. At the very least stopping masturbation would be great. Since you have girls that can get you off masturbating is kinda useless. It has absolutely zero benefit and will just keep your brain in old patterns. What you would benefit from is rewiring your brain into having orgasms and erections only with real people. But you don't have to do that to recover. It really depends whether you want to heal faster or whether you want the process to be easier, can't have both. Look at it as scratching of a healing scar, it just tears wound back open, so healing is slower. Also, if you had hand hobs and blow jobs you are not a virgin in my book.
