PIED cured.... Day 41hard mode

    2 Months back I was in depression cuz I couldn't do it wid a gal on 2 separate occasions... After going thru some articles realized it was PIED... Came across NoFap, joined here... Started hard mode 42days back. And em happy to inform tat i had awesome sex of my life on 2 consecutive days..... :) my confidence is back.... No pmo really works atleast in PIED guys... Don't give up.... I Wil not go back to pmo now.... Only real gals, or nothing.... Very happy....

    What are some of day. Im on day 12 and while i guess i could see some improvement but i still feel indifferent and just a little down

    Your recovery from PIED will depend on the extent of your usage and other factors. I'm not at 100% yet (of even 85) but I've noticed a huge improvement. Give it more time and don't be discouraged @Crispy21 .

    Awesome post. So encouraging. I thought my pied was due to my emasculating, failing marriage and divorce. But my first encounter with a real woman after almost a year of heavy pmo 2,3 x per day, and I couldn't maintain a real erection and she was as sexy as hell. This shocked me into taking action and so here I am. Day 10. Can't tell if pied is improving but I sure feel better. Hoping for great things. I'm 38 btw.

    Guys I em 28... My PIED got cured within 42 days of no pmo... And believe me I was a heavy porn user before... I had few porn paid subscriptions also, if it can work for me, I feel it Wil work for most of you guys.... 2 months back, gal askin why are nt you gettin hard, is it cuz Of alcohol?? You should not drink before intercourse... Now after 42 days of no pmo...gal said, You are so hott in bed... And I was drunk this tym too... So jus have patience... No pmo Wil work guys....

    Agreed! Stay away from cigarettes and booze! They will kill your erections! I am just saying if you want to have sex over the age 40 naturally, I would avoid these two erection killers as well as PMO.

    Kiron370 - did you find you were just "in the moment" i.e. not thinking about porn scenes or was it something else, like a zen state where you were just relaxed.

    Like above poster said, don't drink before you sex! But congrats on the cured PIED. I know the feeling, my PIED is gone also, so I have good sex with the wife.
    You are doing great if the PIED is gone AND its with a lady you dated (potential for stress)....you did good!

    Great story man. Gives us all encouragement. I made it to 40 odd days last time out and it felt great. 45 days at least this time - we go again.
