PIED? How long should normal erection last?

Today I did a test to check if I have PIED. I masturbated without porn. I was able to get my penis up relatively fast and I reached full erection. Then I stopped masturbating to check how long erection will last and after 30 seconds my penis was half soft... Is it normal? How long should normal erection last without stimulation? Is it normal that penis got flat in one minute? I noticed the same happens while I'm watching porn. When I stop stimulating my penis is getting down fast even while I'm watching porn... I'm depressed that I can't mantain erection for long and I will never be able to have normal sex...

Here is my background. I'm 28. I was watching porn since 14 almost every day and for the last two years maybe one time or two times a week for 3/4 hours. I discovered NoFap about a year ago when I failed in bed with gf... She was doing me a handjob and my penis was almost fully erect but when I tried to put a condom my penis got completely flat. Since then I was trying not to watch porn. My record was 76 days. Around day 70 I tried to have sex, but then again I lost my erection while trying put condom on. About half a year passed since that accident. I was trying to be porn free but my maximum was 3 weeks and then failed and again 2-3 weeks free... It's really hard for me to stop.
Do you think my ED is porn related? I also have some spine problems and I read that it also could affect my erection but I have random morning woods and spontaneous erections so I think it's not organic problem...
Do you think 70 days was not enough for me to cure and have normal erections? I read that guys like me who started watching porn in young age (like me when i was 14) need more than 90 days to cure like 6 or 9 months. 9 months really? I'm depressed. What will I tell my gf? She already complains about my erection problems but I don't know what to say...

30 second to 1 minute sounds normal. You should be able to get it back up when you restart the action. If you can't. Then that's a problem. Also don't get too many handjobs. I have heard that female organ feels different and if you get addicted to handjobs only, then you can't perform well inside a woman.
