    Aye I had 42 days before I slipped.(Masturbated only) one time ain’t looked at porn since. I had sex with a female about three weeks into this 42 day process. Thing about is that I had a good solid boner the entire time. Sex was good even fapping that one time was good but ain’t did it but one time period. I’m not going back to masturbation cause I know the end results. I’ve been jumping rope about one hour per week to help with ED and working out helps in general. The question is I got does looking at photos on Facebook or dating sites cause PIED to step back in thx

    It can, they are called p-subs. Your brain is looking for the same stimulation that it was getting from porn. I think the biggest drawback though is it will eventual cause you to relapse.
