Pied making me depressed

My brother, never forget that every single case and every single try of rebooting is different. I've had streaks where I got erections back at day 21, then binged from 'success', did a new streak and only got erections back after 45 days. I've also had a streak where it took me 84 days. What does this mean? There are way too many variables. For example, when you are in flatline, you have around 1% of getting successful erections when engaging in sex. When in a flatline, your libido is pretty much dead and gone, so how do you expect to get an erection? Stress and fear also play hugely on your erections. I have noticed that my best streaks with the fastest return of erections were streaks where I felt happy, felt no stress and fear and was just living life to the fullest.

Remember, the guys that get their erections back before day 90 are lucky. Most guys on this forum need 90 days or much much longer than that to regain erections. You are not even on day 90, so there is nothing at all to worry about. You are still a rookie regarding the challenge and your reboot

Read some more YBOP and you will realize that there have been many many more cases of guys who needed up to a year to recover (not to discourage you, but just to show that you should not worry to not have had succesfull sex as of yet)
