PIED or Venous Leak? Position-dependent ED

Hi guys, I've just joined your community and I would like to share with you my problem, and ask whether maybe someone experienced similar troubles.

I am 20 years old. A year ago I have noticed that I started having problems with staying erect, I've been trying taking various supplements, but there was no effect. I have also been on SSRIs for like 4 years. A few months ago I have stopped taking my SSRIs (as my psychiatrist suggested) and I have noticed a significant improvement, however I still have one significant problem:
I can't maintain an erection while lying on my back, I can get an erection when I stand or when I sit, but not when I lie.

I have been watching porn since I was 15, however I almost completely reduced it by now.

I would highly appreciate any help.

Thank you in advance!

How is your blood pressure?
Did you used to masturbate standing only?
Have you ever had sex before?
Hi. I have similar problem. Don't know if you're still online. I have normal blood pressure, I do masturbate sitting only, i haven't had real sex before. Done naked cuddles and received blow jobs but still had an issue of not being able to stay or get hard without using my hand and in that sitting position. If I lay on my back, erection gone completely. Same with standing

Your symptoms suggest a mix of factors, including potential PIED (porn-induced erectile dysfunction) due to past excessive porn use and possible vascular issues like venous leak, which could explain the position-dependent ED. Since you saw improvement after stopping SSRIs, it’s also likely that they played a role. To pinpoint the cause, I’d recommend getting a Doppler ultrasound to check for blood flow issues. In the meantime, try pelvic floor exercises, avoid alcohol/nicotine, and focus on real-life stimulation rather than performance anxiety. A urologist or specialist in sexual medicine could help you further.

I also have ED, and I've found that Viagra works exceptionally well for me. It helps by increasing blood flow to the penis, which allows for a stronger, longer-lasting erection. It's important to make sure you're using high-quality Viagra to get the best results. For me, the most effective Viagra comes from trusted sources. If you want a reliable place, I order from vitacourier.net/buy-viagra-usa.html, and it always gives me a great effect. Quality matters a lot to ensure you're getting the best outcome.
