Hey, I am on day 91, things look better now, but cannot say for sure that I am cured.

Honestly, I need to right path is to quit, but not sure how long it will take

On the website, your brain on porn, it says that it can take even more than 6 months

I am telling you one thing, you need to do it just to find out and be completely sure, there is no other way around it

I will stick to nofap for 2 years, if there are no improments, well, then I can be sure that this is not PIED

But PIED is very strong and messes with your mind a lot, so just make the journey and find out by yourself,

    cheers

I can confirm some improvements although i'm in the middle of short period staying away from porn.

    > i started to have morning woods
    > i started to have erections when looking at extremely hot girls
    > still have issues but it improves

i also believe 90 days is to little. 180 days should be real benchmark to say if it helped or not. Just count number of hours and years you spent fapping to porn
