After last few years of battling my pmo addiction, I am able to reduce the frequency of mo/pmo like once a week. I suffer from pied and I now know that way forward for me is nofap for 90 days to begin with.
Can anyone please let me know if I can wire myself to my wife and no porn based fantasy ?
Will my pied go? I want hope and motivation to start streat and get new grip of my life
