    Hi, community!

    I am a Chinese(my English is poor) and struggling to break masturbation which has make me become listless. I am more likely to give up my any plan. I tried to stop this bad addiction but failed. My brain seems to link pornographic automatically, and I know it is called addition. Any time I break my promise and yield to masturbation, I feel mentally and physically exhausted. I am 23 years old and do not want my life be dejected.
