    I had escalated to all sorts of shit and going backwards was difficult because I'd seen it all before

    I've been working on NoFap for a while and levelling out this serious problem

    What I've found weird is I'll go to watch the fucked up shit I'd escalated to and it's a complete and utter fucking turn off making me question how I watched it in the first place . Then I will go back to vanilla but it's same old same old.

    Then I'll just use my imagination and not watch porn . Automatically my mind goes to female , females I know or have met .
    And it's enough.

    Even seeing there face I my mind.

    So how is it I can get bored of watching extreme material and escalated to the most fucked up shit that has you questioning sexuality and watching trans . I'll be honest that shit is just fucking disgusting

    Can relate, sort of like what actually goes through my mind relapsing, "what i'm doing?, this is just pixels, is a screen, nothing close to the real thing or that chick you fancy, this is just trickery, your brain thinks is with the girl in the screen, you get arousal, but there is no chick, there is no spoon you idiot, wake the fuck up"
