    I have premature ajaculation so to cure this problem i start nofap in November 2019 and achieve 50 days peak and relapse to check any improvement and boom this time i ejaculate just after like 10 seconds so i get depressed then someone said that edging can cure this problem so i tried this whenever i got spare time i play with my penis although it's very difficult to control my self not to ejaculate but i don't think this is beneficial because i didn't see any improvement still i'm edging like every day is it ok or not help me

    edging is worse than fapping because in both u will get dopamine spike which u should avoid moreover after fapping u come to your senses but there is no such thing in edging u will crave for more in end although it seems good at first but no realisation makes edging worse

    in 2016-2017 i PMO'd 3 times daily and was lasting an hour easily with fast strokes, one day i could not ejaculate no matter how much i tried

    then in 2019 whenever i PMO'd i tried to finish really fast, so i dont get delayed ejaculation but still enjoy orgasm, this turned into premature ejaculation for a whole year, i kept finishing in under a minute, sometimes in seconds

    now i fixed it since end of 2020 with the help of @pe help user

    for me personally, i can know last 30 to 40 minutes if i take small breaks in between, make sure u didnt have anything to stimulate u during the day (dont watch anything sexual before mastubation), relax your legs, dont tense it. Do not do fast strokes, learn to last long with slow strokes in the beginning, once u feel u are close to being close to ejaculation, stop, just wait a bit, just move your genitals a bit so u dont lose erection but no strokes. Then again go slow, do it like 2 or 3 times then if u feel u will ejaculate dont stop it. Keep doing this every time u are masturbating, with time u can do 1-2 minutes, then 5, then 10...etc. For me 30 to 40 minute is enough i dont want more than an hour like before, or sometimes 10 to 15 is enough. Once u master the control of slow strokes u can do fast strokes too, but never start with fast strokes as u will again premature ejaculate.

    other tips i got that i personally didnt try out:
    dont use porn at all so u have less stimulus, could make u last longer
    drink a tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil per day (it is expensive for me and taste bad for me)
    and there was some yoga movements but i am not really fit to do that (not fat haha)

    I know in my case edging is a terrible idea. It always, always leads to relapse because there would always be a time when I couldn't hold back. I honestly don't think finishing fast is that big of a problem, especially if you're not married. If you don't have a spouse it doesn't even matter. When you do, you'll get more stamina with more experience I'm sure. If you're single right now then I wouldn't worry about it though.

  9. Youre edging. So technically speaking youre not on nofap streak. Because Edging itself is a relapse. To be very frank, i dont feel that edging helps in PE because edging results in blueballs.
    Kegel exercises might help. But first you need to abstain from pornography because it arouses everyone so much in a wrong way. You need to stop think about the arousing stuffs which you see in porn as well. You can apply some lotion once in every week but be very careful, dont convert it tk edging and masturbation. Start working on yourself. 50 Squats, 50 pushups. Enough. Watch your diet. And focus on kegels.

    kegel exercises are very bad it's very painful exercise i don ' t recommend to do it and it made me relapse more faster

  11. If it is painful then its your problem friend. You must have done it in a wrong way because its not painful. I did 80 days of nofap. I did kegels pretty much every day when i was on streak. I didnt feel any pain.

    Hi. I'm curious, because I also have PE. Now I am at day 9, really porn and P-Sub free (I have so intense cravings though, especially in the morning / evening) but when I have cravings, the pictures in my head is so intense I have erection and it goes to the point that I have small leakage of semen even without touching myself. In the current streak, this happened me yesterday the first time and today. I try staying strong, probably chacking the exercise you mentioned above. Stay strong!
