Does edging to images (not porn) count as a relapse?
I am struggling to find out because I have been edging to images (but not to porn) and was wondering if it breaks my streak

Its up to you what limits you want to set - ultimately it depends on whether the activity has a negative effect pn you and your life my friend. Edging to images is a step in the right direction and moving away from orgasming to images. You will have got some level of dopamine release but it might not be quite as strong or as impacting as if you were to have continued

Yes its a mental relapse, which will eventually lead to a physical one. STOP looking at those images. I believe,
    Those images=P in a Shirt
THEY WILL PROVOKE U TO SEE P!

Not even nude pics.... is that still considered breaking the streak or a “mental relapse” ???

Don't do that buddy,it just slow down recovery, makes you more lust, giving you stronger urges, can make you to do PMO and it leads nowhere.

Alright. Already on day 4 now. Couldn’t even go without PMO for a day. My highest streak by far!

  9. ^Exactly. Being as strict as possible makes NF much easier and faster.

    Depends,
If u can control seeing it without touching ur hand to it, if u don’t feel uncomfortable with urges, BASICALLY if u have NORMALISED.
But since u r new to trying to cope with M, i don’t think u have control over ur urges as yet..
So, for now, its best to avoid it
