Please explain terminology!

Ok, I'm a wife of a 30 day recovering addict. (Though I'm sure he's relapsed). It's been ugly fighting and daily threats of divorce. I don't understand all the terminology "nofap", "Paws", etc. Can someone please explain?

I don't know my husband is doing a lot of research or reaching out to other men, especially not from what I have seen. But I'm seeing some things unfold as through some of these threads...it's bringing some comfort to understand where the heck he is.

I just need truth, upfront honesty and I don't think he is even being honest with himself at this point. He keeps saying he knows himself, he knows himself, but doesn't seem to be realistic or vigilant with his own temptations.

If someone could break down the abbreviations that'd be helpful, thanks!
