I really have nowhere else to go, so I’ll try to seek help from this community.
I little background about me. I have always crushed on girls and been attracted to them and today I am happily married to my wife. About 10 years ago I started mastubating to crossdressing/trap hentai and have been doing it ever since.
Also about 9 years ago, I got into sissy hypno - which I completely quit 2 years ago.
Now fast forward. About 4 weeks ago I failed to get an erection with my wife (which have happens before, because of performance anxiety) so we just brushed it off. One week later I had a gay dream, and those two things combined resulted in - what I hope is - severe HOCD/SOOCD. I have been feeling horrible and having anxiety attack’s for the past three weeks. To make matters worse I have had 4 gay dreams the last week where I wake up at night and are having trouble falling again.
I am currently 15 into nofap, and this the reason for my post.
The last two days have been fantastic, no ocd whatsoever, but i just had a really gay dream, and actually felt aroused, right until I awoke, then the anxiety came back with a vengeance.
I dreamt I was dressed like a trap and was sucking a guy off. In the dream I even orgasmed. And I was enjoying the dream.
It was almost like a “live action” version of the crossdressing hentai that I am trying to quit.
Is this just a normal reaction for my brain to be doing, because I’m not supplying it with the dopamine it’s Used to?
I really love my wife and couldn’t imagine a life without her. I have never been attracted to men, but this ocd (which I hope it is) is really fucking with me. I hope some of you can help me to relax. I’ve read that dreams means absolutely nothing, and if you have hocd you tend to have gay dreams quite often, but I just can’t shake this latest dream off. Especially because I felt aroused in the dream.

  2. I personally think this is your brain reaction because you do not give the dopamine its crying for! Keep going!
And believe is nothing wring with you! That is your brain is playing you!
Do sport - for endorphin - and occupy your mind with creative and meaningful activity...
Feeling better soon! The beginning of this journey is the worst, once you go through will be easier to fight these urges!
    Good luck!

@Tinyrick you are not alone. There are a lot of great members and posts on this website that talk about your situation in particular. Sounds like HOCD to me. I'm not a doctor but checks all the boxes. Go do an online HOCD test if you are still unsure. The simple fix is to stay away from that type of porn and not fight your mind/thoughts. Simply ignoring the thoughts is the most efficient way of getting past any OCD. HOCD is no different. It's very important not to feed the beast so once you've done enough research to calm yourself down stop researching and get back to living.

You've already mentioned the most important part of your story, which is that you are happily married. This is your blessing and your curse IMO. OCD is attacking the thing you value very much, your relationship to women, or this particular woman even. Don't be fooled into thinking your brain or subconscious or OCD knows better than you.
