Please help me get out of this shit

    I have been masturbating since I was barely 12 years old. and that time I didn't know what am I doing. But after one year I got to know about it and what am I doing. till then I had already fed a lot of dirty stuff to my mind. I tried to stop me a lot of times. but I did it regularly. I really want to come out of it. I am continuously losing my ethics and values. I am becoming a person I used to hate earlier. I do it (fapping) daily. sometimes twice or thrice a day. I am 22 now. I am feeling worthless. I am losing my career opportunities even after being an excellent student in my academics. Everyone around me sees an ideal person in me. My friends don't know my third addiction. I cant share it with anyone.
    please someone help me come out of it. I really want a friend who can help me out of my addiction. Please help me. please. I will really be obliged to you.
    Please, someone, help me out.
    it is making worst out of me.

    Sorry to hear you're having a hard time. What things are you currently doing to help yourself get out of this?

    Some activites working for me are: Exercise, eating tasty but healthy food, trying to get a consistent 7hrs sleep per night, spending more time off devices, and listening to music. Hope some of these help you.

    I tried doing all these except the sleep pattern. I don't get sleep unless I do masturbate. Only once I was away from these stuff. that too due to my shoulder injury and I didn't do it for a month and half. and I was feeling really great day by day. but as soon as I recovered from shoulder injury. i started it on weekly basis and within couple of weeks I was back on track of daily basis masturbaton. i am really broken. i don't know what to do as I have tried doing exercise and yoga.

    Well doing outside activities can only make it better and easier after you've decided to stop, at the end of the day the source of quitting PMO is the mind. Ask yourself these questions: Why am I doing PMO? am I actually enjoying it? How does it help vs hurt me?

    i have done writing all the things .. cons of this.. and I all I could do is control for a week at max. after that my mind would go blank and I feel like there is nothing in life other than to masturbate.

    Keep your devices away and use them only when absolutely necessary. This could help you while you get better at recognizing and overcoming urges.
