Okay I will give you all some insight to my situation. I’m 26 male and I got into porn at a young age (13) and over the years i developed weird fetishes and developed PIED. It came to a point in 2018 that i decided that i need to rewire my brain. I PMO’d daily at least 1-2 times a day from the age of 14-25. My last relationship ended in 2018 when my PIED became a huge issue and since then i began nofap in August 2018. The first year I refrained from any PMO but i would occasionally indulge my mind with fetish laced thoughts and it would cause me to precum on occasion. The only thing that would turn me on were myfetishes and thats something i wanted to leave behind. Starting September of this year i went full hard mode and100% stopped my fantasizing as well in order to achieve my goal. It has been a month and a half and I beganexperiencing rock hard morning wood daily over the last 2 weeks which is a major sign of progression but as soon as the morning wood started i also began having frequent wet dreams 3-4 times a week. The last wet dream just happened yesterday and today ittriggered me to fantasize about my fetish again and i leaked more precum. I am trying my best to STOPfantasizing any further but I can’t help but think I am doomed in the long run. If these wet dreams continue then it will be 10 times harder torefrain from fantasizing and I am already 1 year into this. I want torecover as quickly as possible and i have been so patient it’s just so hardwith these wet dreams and these fantasies creeping back into my mind.Btw I also workout almost daily and meditate. I just want to move forward and have more progression but itseems that with these wet dreams and fantasies that my progression isminimal.

  3. Wet dreams don’t count as a reset or relapse. They are your body’s way of replacing you semen supply with new semen. They happen naturally. Don’t worry about them.

I developed some strange fetishes as well. Do not despair, you can overcome them. It’s been over a year since I indulged in mine. It’s a battle that must be won in your mind. Simply put, our brains heal once we stop fantasizing and thinking about our fetishes. We forget them and they become distant memories. They lose their power over us. If we stoke the fire and think about them, they will increase their chokehold on us. This has been my experience.

    Best of luck to you!

There's a way to minimize wet dreams regardless of what's on your mind before sleeping. And that is to do lower back exercise before sleeping. Im doing this for 70 days now and you have my prove.

You need to do a situp like movement at least 100 times. But focus on the lowerback. Just try a week and hope you get the result.

    Happy message #111

Thanks, i 100% agree. I have been trying to avoid anything that may trigger me into thinking about it. My mind is slowly healing but i can easily be triggered into those thoughts. I have to put out this fire now
