Maybe you can rephrase the question, because I don't understand what you are asking about?

It damages your overall health not only sexuality but I'd not say that it is irreversible. Depends on which state you are but I believe that everything is curable.

Try to changes other habits. Do you exercise your body? Exercise more. Improve your mind (meditation, win hof method). Improve your daily foods.
In my opinion quitting porn, masturbation, drugs and alcoohol is just a little piece of a big transformation

Maybe figure out what it is you want. Do you even want sex? Do you want to be alone? Do you want love? Figure it out, so you can achieve your goals.

Helping with recovery isn't just abstaining from PMO, it's also about taking care of your mind and body. What I mean by this is, exercising, eating healthy, and expanding your mind. Many of us have started new hobbies, or made lifestyle changes to help with the reboot.

Awhile ago, I was on a reboot, but I didn't put all my energy into it. And if I'm being honest, although I quit P, I was still fantasying and edging every day. I'd still surf YouTube, Instagram and all those other media sites where I could find "inspiration". I eventually gave in, and spent the next 6 months, down the rabbit hole. I started again 8 days ago, this time I've cut all that shit out of my life. When urges hit (and they do), I grab the closest book to hand and I start reading, if I'm working (I work in IT), and an urge comes, I jump on here and write in my journal, or I read the many success stories, I use the "panic button", I jump on Nofap reddit and read more there, or jump on yourbrainonporn.com (articles) and read even more there.

Recovery will come! It's been scientifically proven, that the mind will rewire itself over time. The more you work on removing P, from your life, the more healing can be done.
