I never could quit either, until I got a group of folks involved in helping me. These forums are a great place to find one or more APs. And then cut off your access to P no matter what it takes. You will not be free until you stop viewing P completely.

 

What problems are you running into? What are your methods? What are you trying?
Provide more information, and the people on here will be able to help better.
Are you using blockers? How are you bypassing them and if so, can you prevent your own bypasses? What are you doing otherwise in life?

So on and so forth. Give what information you can, you might find you start thinking of solutions as you give the peeps on here said information as well.
This is a lifelong thing. The time gone won't come back, adapt to whatever your problems look like today, you still have time ahead that can be lived better. Give that value. Give this moment more weight and value, especially this moment, right here, right now.
