    I recently started NoFap because of premature ejaculation and enlarged breast tissue......then after a week I couldn't stop and I masturbated but my condition was more bad...now the semen was very watery and ejaculation time was decreased( I think its due to nofap)....Please help me out. What is the cause of watery semen..main problem

    It might be your diet causing it to be watery. Your diet& overall lifestyle might also be why you are growing breast. Cut out soy from your diet and do some type exercise at least 4 hours a week
