Hello everyone Ok so I made a post about 90 days challenge last time but I failed to complete it, this time I am very serious about going 90 days but I feel like if everyone on here will join me on this thread and do the challenge with me I will have way more motivation and willpower to complete it I feel like I can't do it alone thanks for taking the time to read this blessings to all.
Good luck but please take 1 day at a time. 90 days might trick your mind into thinking it's way too long!

Today is day 2 im really motivated to complete this challenge with all of you the benefits are amazing when completing this challenge its only hard in the beginning because our brains are wired to what we have been doing and pathways are created in our brain and that what makes us wanna go back to it and relapse because our brain sees the reward of releasing that dopamine at tge end but trust me my people our brains are gonna be rewired and new pathways are created and the pathways that make us go back and relapse will be weakened more and more and more and more and they will eventually fade off

Everyone think about the benefits of completing this challenge and think about your future girlfriend, she is out in this world right now and you are destined to meet, but only if you stay on the path of completing this challenge and even if you relapse after completing the challenge all of your chemicals in your brain and everything in your body is restored by then.
