I'm going for it ! I'm going to do the 90. Day 14 almost in the bag. I feel the tides have turned. It's my time now. I won't let another opportunity pass me by. Jump on guys/girls. We can all get there together.
 
I am doing good and everything just sometimes i think about the girls before sleep. But now i watched music video randomly saw this girl oooo fuck reaction was big.
its 5 day now
 
The Miracle of Grace? How do we get it? Is there a grace pill one can take? Lol! I guess one can make oneself open and receptive to it. A field probably won't yield a bountiful harvest if it hasn't been tilled,weeded,irrigated, fertilized etc...etc....the farmer doesn't dig up his crops each day to check if they are growing. It just happens.The same energy that grows the crops,beats our heart and hurls the earth thru space is all the same. Grace can immediately restore sight to someone who's suffered a lifetime of blindness and ignorance. Grace can easily and effortlessly lift us out a struggle we deemed insurmountable. How? I don't know, but it happens. God doesn't just want happiness for us. God wants us to be.........Him.

I agree! The moment you set a task requiring a lot of change, your brain sees it as a threat. Instead, do what the Navy Seals do, focus on getting past the next hour or even the next minute. Continue that, keep connecting with people that support you, and before you know it...you're building awesome.
 
used to love ice cream,tastycakes, donuts,bagels,.....etc..etc....after I had been exercising for a while I instinctively began eating healthier. Guess what? My workouts became more intense. My exercise capacity increased. I felt fitter and healthier. Having some time away from pmo and healthier thoughts, I've felt my spirit rise. I've felt my mind open up and became more expansive. Where once I used to live in struggle,fear and despair I now live in faith,invincibility, generosity and Love. Make that connection.
