    How can i remove my insecurities ? Specially in physical aspect.
    And also im suffering from acne ..
    I also have social anxiety. I cant stand being around with many people . I just cant . Im also very self concious . :( pls help

    These are all mental stress triggers you need to develop skills for. The best you can do is not run from them like many do and go into porn, drugs etc. Stay in the moment, face it, feel it, suffer it, practise abstinence, and your brain will naturally adapt and evolve pathways to resist these insecurities of yours,

    By actively working on yourself. I can attest that actually working out, going to the gym or whatever, but just starting some sort of workout routine and STICKING to it will have mind blowing results on your feelings of self worth. You will be sticking to something that is good for you on the long run, and you will be reaping the results for the rest of your life if you stick to it. My body changed a lot when I was weight lifting, I was VERY passionate about it. Seeing my numbers change, lifting heavier weights, watching my body change, changed my mindset about myself the most. TRUST ME when I say that starting to workout will change your life for good, and you won't believe how much. Do it! Research it, and find what you think could work for you. The feeling of reaping rewards on hard work will last forever if you stick to it. It would make me feel like I could accomplish ANYTHING! It's a truly amazing feeling. Just like how we'll feel when we conquer our P addiction too. It's not about just "looking good", it's actually about FEELING good with yourself. It works. Also, working out kind of forces you to change your diet, eat better, drink more water. Alcohol might not be as attractive anymore because it sets back your results, etc. Good luck!
