    So i am male,25. have been PMOing since age 10 or so. i am trying to quit:). one thing i have noticed, especially in the last year is that when i use porn or p subs, the orgasm is not enjoyable/pleasurable. when i was younger an orgasm would really make me happy all over my body. i recently had some handjobs in the last year and they too had a regrettable feeling. didnt want to hug or massage. has anyone felt the same - that pmo over time ruins the pleasure from an orgasm. is this PIED?

    That's how I feel too. Orgasms don't feel as pleasurable anymore as well, and my penis shrunk.
