Pledge to never do PMO again

I have come on this forum after a long time. I apologies to the community for letting myself down. I have overcome this addiction once but due to some unforeseen reason i have relapsed again. I guess this is, due to lack of motivation and self control.I forgotten completely about this website after committing to it once. My life was much better before i started watching it. This addiction has ruined my concentration level. I will promise to not feel guilty any more and never do self harm. I can feel how PMO destroys relationships and family, as i have experienced it the hard way. I want everyone to be precocious and never let your guard down.
