  1. Here I am documenting my progress on my nofap journey. So I signed up 2 days ago and so I am 2 days in again I want to go cold turkey. I am aware that people need a smooth transition and baby steps to create new habits and get rid of useless and harmful ones well to each their on whatever works for you do it. JUST DO IT!
    No one needs to fap to get a sexual release still a lot of us choose porn and fap. We all have different reasons why we are doing it well maybe the reasons differ but there are a few which we share amongst each other.

    So far 2 days have been gone since I signed up. I haven't fapped nor have I watched porn not to difficult to abstain from it for 2 days. Been there done that effects increase in energy more positive and less angry.

    I will keep you guys update will post every day maybe share some insights get a little philosophical.

    Good luck on your journey. Remember that although first days might be smooth, the worst thing can hit you later on. To increase your chances of not relapsing, visit NoFap on daily basis, ideally when you are done with your morning routine (i.e. toilet, brushing teeth, etc.) and in the evening. The idea is when you educate yourself and also put your goal in the back of your head, you will not give in to urges that easily.

    I am over 100 days and did not fully recover but I am starting to feel some benefits. It seems that my change in mood (increased negativity) has gone away or has at least significantly diminished. Also, I do not let awful people at work annoy me or cause me stress anymore; I have a "shield" now that protects me. Urges have become manageable, finally. There are times I feel horny but it seems I broke the habit/neural pathway of fapping so when I am horny I feel greater sexual energy but I do not have to fight the urge at the same time - dunno if that makes sense to you right now. Music sounds better. Weather seems nicer. Quality of sleep is improving but it is still not quite there (insomnia). Things are looking good.

    One last thing, but probably the most important thing to remember. Do not let yourself under any circumstances to fantasize - it does not matter whether you think of P or your girlfriend/crust/friend etc. If you do, chances of relapse will significantly increase.

Yeah bro all facts I was home sleeping all day and all of the sudden I started fantasizing it's not that I am horny it's more that I just feel like getting my sick wet and fucking a clean vagina . I ignored it and tried to switch focus by cooking it's still in the back of my head feels like a old evil whitch try to entice me not to duck her but just to bust a nut. What you do with the headaches ?

    Based on my experience fantasy would start all naive - in my head I would just start chatting with a woman and things would slowly turn into full fledged banging :)

    You need to stop when you are just chatting. When you learn to stop there, you will be able to move on
