PM and smoking + booze

    Hi everyone. My problem is to link PM with cigarette smoking and booze to get more excitement. Probably the result is the the join effect of porn, nicotine and alcohol. Of course, the more I drink, the more difficult to reach " the reward". The most worrying is that if I don't smoke, I am barely turned on by videos. Out of my PM addiction, I am a non-smoker, which makes it even more weird. sometimes, this brings me to binge smoking with long PM sessions: 1 pack of cigarettes for a 6h "session". I realize that it is very unhealthy and I will give it a serious try with NoFap. Anyone has the same urge and habit? I read several posts on this and other forum and did even a google search with no hits. Is mine really a strange PM combination? Thanks to share

    Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

    The association you have with PMO and smoking and drinking isn't strange but different than most but that doesn't mean you are the only one. Hopefully sooner than later someone with the same or similar association will make himself known.

    The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?
