what's up guys, new member here.
just like everyone, I've been battling with porn and masturbation for a long time. I've even been on nofap for multiple times but have deleted my accounts for reasons i can't explain.
for some time, I'd always wonder why something so pleasurable can cause so much guilt & stress after doing it. this is what made me realize that's it dangerous and harmful to the body and mind.
i can literally feel my brain battling with this, it'll take time but I need to rewrite it 100%. anyway I'm here cause i need help, help in my health, wealth, love & happiness. i need to boost my self esteem, need to work on myself and improve as much as i can. i need to be free from porn & masturbation so i can have and live a life i love.
