    I have kinda relapsed, PM'd but stopped before O ... that felt shitty btw . Maybe it's a good signal that I'm able to stop ! I sure felt bad for relapsing but I always try to look at the full half of the glass and back on my feet :)
    So my question is ; do I have to reset my record now ? does this count as PMO ??

    It is really up to you. I would reset the counter, but I guess the big question is, "will it help me more to reset it or not?" The counter is just a tool you can use to help you change your life and rewire your brain.

    I think you're right guys , this is count as a relapse . I've just reset it , and this will hopefully make me stronger !
