PMO 90 DAY CHALLENGE (FORUM STARTED 24/10/17)

Great you started this, i want to be part of this. I relapsed so bad watching extreme porn for 4 or 5 hours all night. this was so bad i do not know what to do with myself. im dying inside, i want my old me. and im so lonely too. never in life i thought i would be here.

but i want to reach 90 days with you and after that, more. lets prove our mind we can take over...make sure to do it one day at a time. if we think 90 days...we will give up...if we get up in morning and say we only have to stay clean for 24 hours then it is possible.

 

I realized that this isn't some joke, that this is an actual threat to my mental well being. There is nothing "funny" about watching pornography. This will be my day 1.
