Okay so it's been 27 days I haven't done PMO but, many years ago where I quit alcohol, drugs, cigarettes & gambling. My gambling addiction has come back & replaced my Pmo addiction. I really don't know what to do. This is really f*d up :(

I would definitely consider seeking professional help if its serious. Either way, I believe you should find a healthy habit that you can do daily to ensure that something positive can "replace" your addiction.

I just cannot understand why people gamble, I don't see the appeal of it. It's just money down the drain.

You're obviously going to waste more money gambling than you're ever going to gain from it. How else would the gambling companies, casinos etc make so much money?

And why the hell would you think you would be blessed with some kind of special luck? All religions I know of are against gambling.

You need to stop this fucking nonsense.

But also, forgive yourself and move on. We've all made mistakes.

I think that betting was always there. We start bet on thing since we are kids and it is in our DNA. We always want to prove to someone that we are better at something and that is when the betting starts. I loved betting with everyone when I was a kid and I had to be best at everything. Now I like to play poker a lot and I have sessions with my friends every Friday. I learned to play on casino-korea.com and I still go play there from time to time. I am much better at it then my friends and it is because I went to play online first.

When you stop one addiction you need to replace it with something healthy, a healthy addiction. Your brain will start to look for other ways to get a dopamine hit. So your brain just brought back an old addiction to get a hit of dopamine. Something similar nearly happened to be too, i replace porn with drinking for a short time.
Have you thought about looking for a healthy addiction like a sports or hobby to replace your gambling and porn?

It is not nonsense. This is a subconscious driving for high emotions. Person doesn't gamble for a purpose of earning, but for a purpose of getting high emotions. Get the point that I mean and be enlightened. I have wasted a lot of time, money and effort trying to beat the game of gambling, but there weren't even normal sites that could provide cashbacks and withdraws, well except https://www.m-trends.org, that I think is the only one that allowed me to withdraw the money that I won. Well, yet I lost more than I won so dont go for it.
