I'm a regular gym go-er for past few years, but couple months ago I decided to go on a serious dietary cut.
Then yesterday I went back on a regular diet and relapsed on PMO so hard.
Just wondering what you guys think of this, have any similar experiences, or anything, I'd love to hear it.
- 62 days ago I started my 2nd attempt at NoFap which lasted til yesterday.
- 45 days ago, I cut out almost all carbs from my diet (less than 40g/day) which lasted til yesterday.
- Lost about 21lbs of weight from 185 to 164
Then yesterday I went back on a regular diet and relapsed on PMO so hard.
Just wondering what you guys think of this, have any similar experiences, or anything, I'd love to hear it.
