So i finished my reboot of 90 days , that was my objective ! Made it fine thank God i feel much better than before

But Now i consiusly relapsed PMO to see how it is to PMO after 90 days ... But i wont go back to PMO , even if i feel chaser effect i wont go !

Anyway dont do what i did guys !

Actually cadia, you did not finish your reboot! :( Very few people can reboot their brains from years of abuse by PMO in just 90 days. 90 days is a foundation upon which you can work towards a reboot.

This is the only part of your post I can agree with. There is a high risk that you will masturbate and/or watch sex again. :(

Well bro since i started the challange i always had that ideia and it sticked to me even on the last days , also altough i did no M (nor O) i somedays watched (few minutes pics of P) and even One day watched a video , so i was like , this isnt really hardmode nofap but well i feel good so i wont reset my counting and yep i can say im much better than i was before this challange , altough i still feel that the hardestmode i didnt do yet (monkmode i wont make never) so i begging Now with this .


I know The risk but call me crazy but that gaves me more motivation
