PMO and testosterone

    Can someone show me evidence that PMO causes an increase in T-levels.

    It doesn't.

    For me, quitting PMO has increased T levels. Unfortunately, my body is converting it to Estrogen which is manifesting itself physically by putting fat on my arse and some on legs.

    I suppose, my body doesn't know what to do with so much Testerone since I have been delplieting it since my teens when I started PMO.
