Hi all

Long story short Iv bn addicted to porn for years due to having no partner and saw porn and masterbation as my only release!

It’s only now I’m realising the complications of this horrible addiction! I know I’m among like minded people, so I’ll be honest. I struggle to keep a boner,can’t ejaculate without porn or ever had orgasm without self stimulation! I’d love to cum from oral lol

Hi!

What helps me personally is putting as many barriers between me and PMO. I try to avoid being alone in the room with a phone or computer that has internet access. It may sound a bit extreme. But if you can't relapse, you just can't relapse. Better than leaving everything for your self-control to handle.
