pmo dreams... on a subconscious level

    PMO must be deeply rooted in our subconscious. I started when I was 12, so you can imagine what 6-7 years of watching it on a daily basis can do to your brain.

    I've noticed Ive been having PMO related dreams. Its usually of me pmo-ing, wanting to PMO, or recalling actresses I used to watch. I tend to relapse the day after I have these dreams.

    It happened to me again last night, Im on edge today making sure I stay clean.

    Anyone know what the significance or meaning of these dreams is...

    Im going on 6 days, hard-mode. It seems like the longer I reboot the more common this is. My first attempt two years ago was my longest streak to date, and it felt much easier.

    i find it kinda wierd that when im on a streak i have a dream im jerking of or doing something thats bad for my reboot and i wake up the next day and thats the day i relapse.. It predicts when im relapsing lol. We should listen to them more

    I have these dreams almost nightly after the second week for about 3 weeks. If you come to expect them you won't feel as guilty. As for the post dream relapse I agree, the day after can be difficult. Try to imagine a war being fought in your mind and just say no to any temptation. Dont even let yourself consider it.

    It will only get worse. I'm dreaming really weird stuff about PMO, mixing reality with fantasy.
