Hi, sorry to hear that, like others have said, relapsing is totally normal, especially today when we sometimes need to work late at night and are stressed by so many other things. But remember this:
It is okay to relapse (it happens to everyone and you'll last for weeks, months and maybe the rest of your life thanks to it)
It is not okay to get beat down and to stay down. Get up, try again, no matter how hard, no matter how tempting, everyone can do it and you're no exception.
So, get back on the NoFap train, but do it smart.
Don't only take vows and wishes. Take action !
Here are some ideas:
-blocking porn on all your devices (internet block, ios block (there's a pre-built one), apps that do the same)
-writing down all the reasons you want to start living by quitting PMO (how you felt before/during/after relapse, how you want to better your life, what are your goals (music, drawing, new skills)...)
-getting an accounting partner (it can be embarrassing, but a few minutes of awkwardness can save you countless hours, countless bad emotions, and countless mistakes) (or an online accounting service/mail accounting (look it up))
-maybe get a journal so you can document your new life
BUT WHATEVER YOU DO: REMEMBER !!
Never get stuck up in the past, you can acknowledge your mistakes but you have to move on, hope for a bright future, and you can once in a while, remember why you embarked on this journey but don't stay too caught up in the why/how/ PMO.
With that said, I wish you the best of luck.
We have all relapsed, at least once.
But it doesn't matter, you can continue this challenge, get to the end of 2019, wait a few more days, and you'll be so proud and euphoric and amazing that you'll have forgotten all about that.
Don't beat yourself up. Get back into the ring. Destroy your demons and banish them to the land of boring, unnatural people (that bash themselves every day and live pitiful, weak lives, not because they do, but because they refuse to change them).

Day 10 - I also did not study today. I felt so tired.I am feeling horny from last two days.there is strong urges. Someone help me. My past call me.it attracts me.but I try hard from last one day. Please help me guys. I don't want to that shit again. I believe in me.God please stay me Consistent.
Check-in. I have some urges but nothing too bad. Darkness is pretty bad here so I really need a lot of willpower to go out and do things (Waiting for the spring).

I discovered nofap recently, but in the past I also tried to quit masturbation, always failing before 1 week, so this is a huge achievement for me. It makes me feel like this is truly the time to become free from pxrn and masturbation.
