    It's the fourth time I got to spend the whole month of January without PMO after 2017

    The years of January that went clean without PMO where 2014, 2015, 2017, and finally 2019.

    sometime no matter how many good sins we do...our past sins cannot be erased...but at least I can try get a peaceful life by quitting such sins...journey to be continued...day 24/31st December 2019

    check in february guys ,we pass the hardest month , now the urges are not much less ,but the confidence is seriously grown - we must use it as a weapon ! We should not gave in to this addiction ! Distract your sexual thoughts right on the spot ,concentrate your mind on other things you have to do !We must avoid pleasuring ourselfs, and making more pmo free days will increase our confidence even more , and fighting will become easier and easier with every day !
