Hello, all I relapsed after many days. I thought I was too big to fail since I crossed a month. Important lesson for all of us. Be aware of all the tiggers. They are everywhere. I stole this from another member but it's what am doing now:

Create activities below as fun, exciting and aliveness:

0. I will respect my body by eating a healthy and wholesome breakfast, lunch and dinner not auto-pilot eat.

1. I will not look at Porn or Masturbate

2. I will not go on Facebook

3. I will not randomly browse the internet

10. Contribution: Visit NoFap every day.

4. I will not go on you philosophies about women, other people’s relationships

5. I will not get jealous at anything or anyone

6. I will Learn to LIVE with triggers, as someone said before you will crack under pressure when you accidentally look at a trigger. You’re good as long as you don’t violate the 5 steps that I posted.

7. I will not test your sex drive by fantasizing. If you naturally get an erection great, but do not run with it and go into a fantasy. Stay calm and just keep going strong.

8. Accept that it takes a while for you to heal.

9. I will NOT talk with my brain about PMO, it will trick me into relapsing as it has every time before.


11. MAKE A CALENDAR!!!! Write how your day was.

12. Just never watch porn or masturbate again, this is how you fully reboot everything else will fall into play.

Some of the forums seem to have gone up in smoke... the 365-days challenge, possibly the 60 days challenge, our history of likes, alerts and so forth. Maybe a hacker? As a moderator, can you check into this?

 

Yep, seems like they have vanished since earlier this afternoon. Also stripped our "likes" tracker and our alerts. I don't know what happened.

Yeah.I feel like a newbie again.All up in smoke showing 0 posts and 0 likes.Our 365 thread has vanished.I have created a ticket about this with support,but I may be kept waiting if so many others are having problems.
