    Hi All. I am a stand for all of you being free of this mind trap. Even if you have relapsed 100 times, that's okay. Get up try again. Einstein tried 99 times without success before he made it. So if you have just relapsed and feel like giving up, know that just by the virtue of trying you are miles a head. you can do this. Have faith.

    Look like even after 3 year of trying again at the same place where I started...well 2 months are already over in 2019.. still if I make out rest 10 months successfully that would be not bad at least for person like me...day 0/31st december

    Make a notebook and describe how you felt on your lowest point!
    It will remind you when the times are tough again!

    Well ,2 months down and 10 left , but who is counting?? :)
    Implant in your brain , that this bad habbit has to go !
    We are all entertained by the idea of all the fun ,that pmo can bring at first , but is it worth it?
    Is it worth all the pain , useless feelings and lost of confidence it will cost ?
    The more we entertain the idea of pmo-ing , the harder the urges and tougher the situations!
    Ask yourself why are you doing this ! - to fail again ? to try again? to win everyday ? to change your life ?
    Now we have a chance to try all the benefits of pmo free lifestyle ,when we abstain for long time!
    Check this benefits for youself ! Stay clean for a year and you will know for yourself what it can bring to your life!
    If you can do it a year ,your life will change so dramatically , so you will start to wonder how did you lived without it before ! We are here to change our lifes to better ! Stay strong brothers!
