OK guys ! I realise now , that a relapse here can be a disaster overall , but i think i figure out a way not to binge or delay a start ! So lets put in a braces the number of relapses we will have in a year ! The perfect result will be 0 ! Any number under 10 will be great ! And if you have a number over 100 , you didnt put any effort at all ! Good luck guys and never give up !

We should start thinking for having again THE CLEANEST YEAR OF OUR LIFES . Give yourself this present . Your body and your soul will be thankful for it .
We will reach new hights of thinking and our lifes will change forever . Congrats to all who have 2019 pmo free . They are less than 6% of everyone who sign up.
Now is the best time i think to start a streak and we should use this tidal wave to accomplish our goals .
