@control your life Hi there. I hope you do not mind me joining this 2020 challenge. As mentioned at the end of the 2019 challenge, although I managed to go 365 days with no P or M (Only O with my SO) I still feel "empty" because I lust after sexy woman sooo much - it is my biggest weakness. I have to find a way to control my eyes and thoughts otherwise I will fail soon and P&M.
I have read @Alexander's comments on relapse versus reset, so although I understand a once-off masturbation with no porn may be considered a reset (and not a failure/relapse) I am just too scared to go there as I fear that if I do masturbate even once, it will be too easy to do it again and again. Anyway any advice would be welcome and I look forward to posting as often as I can.
