    This one has gone quiet. I have to sadly confess I didn't make it, but 175 days of PMO absence will no doubt have made a difference! I am back in a clear headspace after 2 stupid days, but challenge failed on my part.

    I am still enthusiastic to know if others of you are still going on strong?! :)

    Are you feeling the benefits from your long break? Strangely, despite the relapse, I think I do feel clearer of my old habits and sins. One positive at least :)

    Absolutely! I managed to get a job and am coping with the fatigue of new fatherhood in a way I never could have before.
