My target is 90 days
I am in for the challenge
Unfortunately I relapsed on day 18 and I am on day 0 again.

I'm 32, living in Germany. Currently on my best streak, which is 40 days...... to be honest I had sex at day 10 or 15 and accidentally orgasmed / wet dreamed from fantisizing on Day 35.....however Im definitely doing the best I've ever done..... a few times I started edging for 30 seconds and caught myself, but I've had no real masturbation..I'd like to Join, today is DAY 40 for me!!!

I am committing to go to 90 days total

I will not masturbate, orgasm, look at porn or have Sex for all of december.

I wil also abstain from all of this for a total period of 50 days

Heyo, as a new Fapstronaut, I wanna get in one this.... Honestly, I've tried doing NoFap on my own before and I can never get very far on my own, at best like 2 weeks. But every time, I end up breaking my streak, So I'll join you guys and MAKE it through the rest of december clean, because I need to do this, Fapping is slowly taking over my life, and I want to truly live, So count me in for the rest of this month.

Don't edge don't peak & while you are on nofap.
Have something that you want really bad in life.
And hit the music, do some exercises or dance cause it diverts your mind from pmo cause its been demonstrated that listening to music gives you dopamine, which is one of the happiness neurochemicals & this neurochemical is also produced through pmo, so you can use music as an alternative to avoid your pmo habit.

 

It's 50 days of no PMO for me today, so the Don't Diddle December is going well so far. I'm in for the rest of it. Triple digits are on the way and I will change my life in 2020. Good luck to everyone.

First post ever. As my name might indicate, I want to make my life my own again - as it was when I was 15.
